About Caseybots
Caseybots sprang from the sheer joy of spreading smiles. The very first family of Caseybot creations was knit out of wool, hand felted and given as gifts in 2004, during a semester on mobility at California College of the Arts. Casey soon began to sew her creations in her spare time while working on her BFA at The Cleveland Institute of Art. In 2005 Caseybot.com was launched and her line of furry friends has been expanding ever since.
Casey graduated from CIA in 2008 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in T.I.M.E. (technology and integrated media environment) with an emphasis in interactive design. She now spends her days in the bowels of the Cleveland Museum of Natural History where she works as an interpretive designer, a job that she absolutely adores… and her nights, of course, are still spent creating plush, hats and friends.
There is not currently a brick and mortar Caseybot store, but you can find our booth at Coventry Street Fair in Cleveland Heights and Renegade Craft Fair in Chicago, and of course, on Etsy!
